Film: Yuri Nosenko, KGB
A film drama written by Stephen Davis and based on fact. It is February 1964, only three months after the assassination of President Kennedy in Dallas. The Warren Commission of Enquiry is still sitting. Did Lee Harvey Oswald act alone, or were there sinister forces at work behind him? While the Commission searches desperately for answers, Steve Daly - a career officer in the CIA - gets a phone call from one of his old contacts in Geneva, who lets slip a staggering piece of information. This is Yuri Nosenko, a self-proclaimed major in the KGB, who wants to defect to the West. The information: that he had been Oswald's case officer during the time Oswald spent in Russia before the assassination.
